We were there at the end of January. It was rainy, but most things were operating. We didn't find the staff to be that friendly or informative.
We were directed away from one attraction and told it would open again in 30 minutes. That staff member suggested the manatees attraction close by. We went there, got to the area where ypu go inside and were yelled at as we went to open the door and told not to open it because they were filming I inside. They did not have signs saying closed and the lady at the attraction entrance did not give instructions not to go inside.
Hopefully, we were just there on an off day. We did enjoy Antarctica with less than a 5 minute wait. Other than Shamu, most shows seemed to be running and the Shamu refurbishment was well publicized so we expected it to be closed.
The food staff at the barbecue place was great. Food was not too bad for a theme park.
