Hi
Last night I ordered online 3 adult Seaworld annual passes. When I went to print off the E-Vouchers I noticed that the passes started from the day of purchase rather than the 1st day of use

I think this will catch a few people out as it did not say anywhere whilst I was going through the purchase that this would be the case. As we are going late November this year and early November next year it really is a good deal (if the tickets start on the first day of use!!!)
I rang up Seaworld customer service who basically told me that I couldn't cancel my order and that I would need to go to guest relations on my first day and explain it all to them and then they 'may' change the date for me
Not my idea of a good start to the day
So I put the phone down and simmered for a while then rang back up. I ended up speaking to the same person who said the same thing to me so I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she would put me through but said he would only say the same as her
Well after just a short conversation with 'Gary the Supervisor' with no need for raised voices or tears he cancelled my order. RESULT!!!
Now all I have to do is wait until NOVEMBER when I want my tickets to start and order them all over again.
