we have always been seated at a table for 2. if it is a table for 4, it has always been just us. sssooo, yes.

When DD and I go just the 2 of us we find we are seated quicker as a party of 2.

All of the places you mentioned don't have group seating at all, if that is what you are trying to avoid.
