We are going to DL on Sunday after the half. Yes…. It is gonna be insane! But we want to have dinner at Tiana’s. Well my husband and I do. My tweens will likely go get the new buffalo tenders at Golden Horseshoe or maybe a bread bowl at Royal Street Verandah. Will they have any trouble joining us to eat at our table at Tiana’s? If it matters, it will prob be an early dinner around 4:30 and we plan to mobile order it early in the day at both places. Thanks!

No problem if you save a big enough table... if you can get one before your food gets cold. ;)

It’s busy in there most of the time, but send somebody to grab a table while you’re waiting in line to order or waiting for your food If mobile order.
Maybe it was just new when I was there.

Definitely don't mobile order. The food/packaging isn't nearly as good.

We ate at Tiana's around 5 pm this past Sunday and it was empty. At least half of the seats were taken by people with beignets. There was no one in front of us in line to get our food. We even had to wait for the cashier to stop chatting to another CM and come back to his seat.

However, Sunday was the first of the really cold days and I don't think people were prepared 🥶. There was a mass exodus leaving after the early parade and the second parade (last holiday parade of the season) was at 5 pm. So we were eating at Tiana's when a lot of people were watching the parade.

Ohhhh good to know! So they pack it to go? That happened to us at craftsman grill breakfast a few year ago and it was so disappointedly not good.

I might still chance it with the parks being sold out though…. But maybe we can check it out right before our slot and cancel it if it’s not crowded.

It’s just a counter service location so there shouldn’t be an issue.
Good to know! I’m think I’m still scarred by being forced to wait outside Cosmic Rays in WDW until my mobile order was ready which took 35 minutes! I blame some specialty burger my husband ordered, lol! But noone was getting in until their phone went off!

I was going to hop on and mention the mobile orders being packaged in plastic to-go containers! When we went in September it was so disappointing and honestly, I think it made the food taste bad. The food was also cold, even though we were there to pick it up right on time. Also, when you mobile order you pick it up from a window outside so you miss out on being able to walk inside and see all the decor and little details which are supposed to be really beautiful.

Agree with others, your ability to find tables will probably depend largely on the weather and how busy the park is. We were there in late September (when the weather was obviously warmer), and our mobile order pick-up was around 5:00 and we had a really difficult time finding a table. We kind of had to watch for people who were getting ready to leave and swoop in and get a table.
