Seating at Be our Guest dinner

I'm not sure where I read it but somewhere said that at dinner you sit in the main hall. But I watched some dinner videos and shows people in all 3 rooms. I booked a dinner to try and make sure we get the main room. Our dinner is early 4:30. How do they work the seating ? Will be a party of 4. TIA

When we were there for dinner on our last trip they were seating guests in all 3 rooms. I’m not sure how they determined who sat where and I didn’t know any better so I didn’t request any room in particular but I’d imagine you could. We were seated in the main room for our dinner, and had breakfast in the West Wing, so this trip we’re hoping to try for the 3rd room.

The Ballroom (the main dining room) is used for all three meals. When you check in at the podium ask if you can be seated in the Ballroom. It is only a request, but since it is the largest room you are very likely to be seated there.

Most of the time we have been in the main ballroom so the odds are in your favor and if you ask when you check in you have a really good chance of sitting there since it holds by far the most people. We did get to eat in the rose room with the music box once. It was nice too. We have never been in the west wing and I’m ok with that since it is so dark.

You can request to sit in a specific room. When you check in let them know which room you would like to sit in and tell them you are willing to wait longer in order to be seated there. This has always worked for us.
