I just check with a friend ours that did it before christmas they stayed at
Best Western Airport Executel in Seatac, Washington
she said you just needed to tell them you wanted to park the car there when you book and to book with the hotel not the 1-800 it was the cheapest they found and she said it was nice

We stayed at the Doubletree Seatac for $60 per night, using Priceline.com. For parking, we left our car for 8 days at Master Park Valet Lot.

Using Master Park seemed to be the safer option than leaving the car in a hotel lot. After reading up on it, apparently, there are many break-ins in Seatac area hotel parking lots. I'm sure many have parked without incident. But we didn't want to have to return home to find our car broken into or anything else...so for peace of mind, we just went with Master Park. We parked for $80 for 8 days. We had an online coupon and BCAA discount which brought the price down. Also, we got Alaska Air mileage points. The shuttle service from Master Park to Seatac was very efficient.

great ideas! yes i have heard that there is alot of car theft i seattle these days.

wow...a doubletree for $60. thats a good deal.

i think i might look at the best westerns and use my airmiles....

ahhhhhhhhh....airmiles! love them.

This is great information!:thumbsup2 I've been wondering the exact same thing. Now if we could just find a hotel that would pick us up from the ferry so we could do walk ons and not have to bring our car - we could save even more money. Hmmm :scratchin

This is where we stayed in Dec when we went. http://seattle.suttonsuites.com/

They have a shuttle to the airport. It's very low key but the rooms were clean and they were nice. We paid 99.00 for the night (had a room with 3 doubles for 6 people) which included 7 nights parking and it was 8.00 for each additional day parking.

This is where we will stay again.

We made the mistake of staying at a different one in Sept and they required you leave your car keys so that they can move your vehicle if they needed to to make more space but you have to sign a form that says they don't accept any liability for the vehicle. I don't think so. We ended up not leaving our car there and paying more to park it somewhere else that we got to keep our keys. I learned to ask if they require that when booking a hotel for park and fly after that.

The Double Tree has a Park and Fly package that works out to be $130.00 and includes 14 nights of parking. Their airport shuttle runs until 11:00 pm at night.
It is a great hotel and SouthCentre Mall is just across the street.

wow! where did you get that rate? i just checked the website and its $219 for 1 night and 14 nights parking.
please tell me where you get the rate of $130????:thumbsup2

Call the hotel on it's direct line @ 1-206-575-8220.

Ask to reserve a room with the Park N Fly Rate.

If you go to their web site and put in your date you should get a rate of $119.00 which is what we are paying plus tax for April 25, 2008, which is fight around $130.00.

I just put in the same date and was able to get the same rate to come up again.

Just saw this post. We stay at the best western executel for $119 and includes 10 days parking. Its clean and decent and safe.

I think there are two different Doubletrees involved here. I've stayed at both. There's one right across from the airport, it would be the one with the $219 rate but there's also another Doubletree across from Southcenter Mall, very close to the airport as well (across the I5) and it's less expensive. It also has an indoor pool, the other has an outdoor pool. But they both have yummy warm chocolate chip cookies upon checkin!

I just wanted to thank you for posting the information about Master Park! Compared to the regular SeaTac parking fees, this is a WAY better deal for us, as we'll need parking for 10 days! :goodvibes I'll have to check to see if we can use our BCAA for a discount too - every bit helps!

Sorry to intrude on this thread, just wanted to thank you :flower3:

You're most welcome, Lisalonglash!

Also, if you have an Alaska Air Mileage Plan card, don't forget to bring it with you, as you can get mileage points at Master Park.
