It is by Just Jinger. It coordinates with the month of August I think. Anyway, I picked then up at ACM.

No ACM. I've not seen that brand at our Hobby Lobby or LSS. I'll have to go look at Michael's & JoAnns next time I am that way.

It' usually on a little end cap or a tower clipped on to the side of the end of the aisle.
