Seasonal restaurants

Several quick service restaurants say seasonal. When do they close and reopen if they are seasonal? We are going in November and I was wondering if the seasonal restaurants will be open.

In Disney speak, "seasonal" as referring to the CS restaurants in MK (Tortuga Tavern and Tomorrowland Terrace) means "we will open these restaurants when we think it's necessary," so there's no pre-released or published schedule.

Pick up a times guide when you enter MK and it will give you opening and closing times for the restaurants within a few days, but there's no other way to anticipate it.

Isn't the Diamond Horseshoe another one at MK? I don't remember ever seeing it open

Diamond Horseshoe is overflow for Liberty Tree, they only have dinner there when it is expected to be busy. I was thinking of the CS restaurants, but Diamond Horseshoe might also count - sometimes they open for CS at lunch, too.
