Seasonal Pricing

I know the prices of the various Dining Plans and certain buffet or signature type meals vary due to season.

But do basic menus also change (increase) during peak? Say the typical QS burger shown at $9, will that really change up to $9.50 during peak? The typical TS pasta dish for $17, will the menu during the holidays be higher?

We have done DDP way back in day, and are already leaning way againast doing a QSDP this time, but this trip will be during peak season. Seems if OOP burgers don't increase but the QSDP total does - it makes even LESS sense to go for the plan.

The prices will increase by $4 per adult and $2 per child at all Disney-owned buffets, all you can eat family style restaurants, and fixed price restaurants (CRT and Akershus). I have to say I am not sure about the dinner shows.

Otherwise, there are no uniform, predictable price changes for peak periods. the above would not affect counter service restaurants at all.

The QSDP does not have peak/offpeak pricing.
The price for the QSDP is the same for the entire year.

Only fixed price meals have seasonal pricing. Ala carte restaurants and QS locations do not generally have seasonal pricing.
Thus, for the QSDP -- makes no difference.
For the DDP and DxDP -- If you aren't doing a lot of buffets, you're paying more for the plan, even though the food costs are the same.

And if you're using a DVC reservation, you don't pay the peak prices for any of the dining plans.
