Seasonal Menu Changes at Signature Restaurants ..

Hi folks, We have five signature restaurant ADRS for our upcoming October vacation, and I've noticed three of them have already made changes to their menus, not that I'm too bothered as the new entrees appeal to me tho it's making it more difficult for me to choose what I'll be picking, lol..So I'm curious is this just a seasonal thing or does the chefs decide to alter the menu choices, especially if a dish isn't selling too well..

Any restaurant can change the menu at any time. A big reason is often profitability based on Disney Dining Plan reimbursement, to be honest.
