Anyone know how to go about this/what the requirements are/done this? Any info at all would be great! Thanks!

I am a seasonal CM (was a CP). I believe you go to Casting and ask to be seasonal. You only have to work 40 hrs. a year, I believe, to keep your status (that's what my manager told me).

I can find out though. Drop me a PM if you'd like.

I found this information on the WDW hiring page that I submitted my application through.

For seasonal roles: full availability for a minimum of 6-8 weeks during our peak seasons is required.

DD is a seasonal CM. She doesn't work anywhere near 40 hours a year, but she was a full-time CM at one time and has been there 7 years so things may have changed.:earsboy:

I'm just repeating what my supervisor told me. Though they do ask full avaliability at holiday times like Christmas, which is when I'll be going back to work.
