Seasonal attractions

Okay, we are going to Disney roughly the last two weeks in January. As a whole we really like COP and The Timekeeper but the last couple times we have gone they have been listed as seasonal attractions and closed. Is there any way we can still see them? Are they open on the weekends or for e-nights or something?

They are both open all of the time while AE is being renovated
