Season passes

Hey all

I'm new here so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, it probably is.

Does anyone know how Disneyland season passes work? I live in utah and am considering buying season pases but my question is: Do pases go from the date you by them until the same date the next year or do they have set dates? Like January 1st to January 1st?

If it is the latter I probably wont get them as we go every year in the fall. It wouldnt do me any good to buy them, go in the fall and then have them expire in the new year.

Thanks so much for any help you can provide. Like I said I'm new here but i'll probably stick around as Disneyland is my favorite thing in the whole world to do with my family.

They go from the date of purchase.

The annual passes (APs) are good for one year from the day they are activated. So, even if you buy the pass before your trip, your year won't start until you activate it at the park.

Feel free to ask any more questions you might have. The main Disneyland board is a better place to post these types of trip planning questions (plus you'll get a lot more answers if you post there because there's more traffic).

We activated our first ones in July 07, they were good until July 08, then we got new ones in Jan 09 and they expire next month.
