Is it me? I have been trying to redeem my points for a gift card. The website says the points section is not available. When I called I got switched to some weird automated thing. Has anyone had any luck lately redeeming points? Used to be a simple thing on the website. Just want my darn gift card lol

Is Sears still even in business? I thought they went under.

Sears is still in business. They partnered with KMart several years ago and I believe they went been through restructure or something. But I think the corporation is still struggling financially.

OP - I don't have a Sears MasterCard so I'm not familiar with the Choice Rewards program. I do use the Sears Shop Your Way Rewards, and it looks like you can redeem Choice Reward points for Shop Your Way reward points. I've always just had those applied to a transaction when I check-out either online or in the store. It appears to be the same redemption value. That might be another option for you.
