Searching for Sea turtles in Bahamas or Castaway Cay

Awesome! Attempting to see in Atlantis if we can get access to the Hibiscus lagoon. Some say they have seen them with a regular self tour but Atlantis says we need the water park tix to access the turtle lagoon- which is odd.
We will give the snorkel trail a try and any other suggested areas! My daughter has been a part of hatchings for years and experienced a large injured turtle release but never has seen them in the water swimming. Disney Jr has a great commercial of Atlantis with the sea turtles swimming so we just "MUST GO" ​

My daughter in the lagoon at Castaway Cay on this past February 3rd.

ETA: this is the second time we've seen a turtle in the snorkeling lagoon. DW saw one (same?) a few years back as well.

Awesome! My friend was out at the end of the trail and had multiple people asking if she saw the turtle they just saw! This was 1/31/19 Hopefully our Jan2020 will yield a turtle sighting
