searching for a vacation home

I am looking for a vacation home for 2 adults and 2 kids; so a 2 or 3 bedroom place. What I am looking for is some references-people that have stayed at a particular home. Thanks!

Me too except 4 adulats and 2 kids we difinately need 3 bedrooms prefer a condo but not picky not interested in pools and such just room and place to rest

You have a fantastic choice of places - from condos, townhomes and pool homes it will really depend on what your requirements are

My favourite is obviously Coral Cay which is townhomes with hot-tubs but there are many other lovely resorts like Windsor Hills, Emerald Island, Windsor Palms and Indian Creek to name but a few.

There are many owners on these boards too that can give you helpful advice on the individual resorts.

The biggest plus for us is that the pool area is totally fenced offering complete privacy. That's relatively rare in the Disney villa market.

The first time we went to Disney, we stayed in a Loyaltyusa home. Their website is www.loyaltyusa.com. The homes are great and so are their prices. All that being said, ever since we have stayed onsite. If you can swing it, the best way to go is to rent DVC points and stay in a DVC villa. However, if that is not an option, I cannot recommend Loyaltyusa high enough for offsite accomdations. This is the home we stayed in with them:

I would suggest renting via an owner. That way you are not working with a middle man that needs to take their cut and it keeps the rental fees down.

As our previous visit we booked it through springvacationrentals.com, so i would like to suggest u check the website in which many properties displayed from which u can choose. Hope that a least gives you something to think about. Have a nice trip.
