Does any one know what this means??? Pardon my ignorance, but I'm new to the rewards programs....

Look on the creations rewards forums for the post I quoted.

I hope that I can explain this so that it is understandable.

On Searchcactus, the only searches that pay anything are the links with an eye next to them. The words that you see are search words that will produce such a link.

The number in parenthesis is the number of paying links that you will find using that search word. In other words, there are 4 paying links for "las vegas weddings" but only one for "elvis".

Sometimes, there may be more than one link with an eye next to it for a particular search. However, you may have already clicked on that link under another search word (there can be duplicates). That is why you may see the comment "2nd link" or "3rd & 4th" next to a word.

When you're doing Searchcactus, hover you cursor over a link on a search page. If you are using IE, the complete URL for that link will appear in at the bottom of your page. Part of that URL will include SID=###### (replace the #'s with whatever numbers). You can get credit for each unique URL clicked but not for duplicates. Sometimes, an advertiser will have multiple links to the same webpage, but each link pays out. The last group of numbers in the list refers to each paying URL for that search word.

I've been doing Searchcactus for a few years now. It is not the quickest earning site but they are consistent (unlike NetFlip) and they are reliable with their payoffs. I do it every other day (searches cannot be repeated for 48 hours) and I manage to cashout twice a year for $20 each time.
