Seahorse Snorkel???

I've seen a couple posts about this and I'm wondering what it entails? It is just regular snorkeling? Do you actually get to see seahorses?

Went on the Seahorse snorkel this past Oct. No seahorses just snorkeling off the back of a boat. A nice excursion for beginning snorkelers and children over about 7 or 8. I would not recommend this excursion if you have done a lot of snorkeling as the marine life was just OK (much better in Cozumel IMO)
