To get the seagull hat you have to do the quest. Lol, that dude is crazy, he is asking inferno for it, lol.


People listen, before you lose your minds. Do NOT trade a lot of stuff for it, it will SOON become VERY easy to get!

i could of got the pin but the owner left before i could say (he was selling them all)

so he told me what you get it is:

crows nest set (i guess)
seagull hat
captain quarters treasure chest ( i guessed as someone can't remember who posted the new things on database)
insider tour pin
sand flooring

no the quest has not changed at WDW I think HM is schedlued for rehab in Nov probably will change then.

OMG! This is the first I hear of this!! I know I'm alliben on VMK, but I've been skuttle here on the dis since 2000 (VMK wouldn't let me be skuttle). And Skuttle definitely needs a seagull hat!! LOL!
