Who has the best seafood and still on the DDP?

I had the perch last week at Le Chefs de France and it was incredible!

However, I believe you'll find even better seafood at the signature restaurants, especially Flying Fish. They "cost" 2TS however.

As far as I know, no really-good seafood restaurants have left the Dining Plan... they're all still participating.
