We are Florida residents, and we also have a AAA card. We are wondering which tickets are worth buying. The Super Grove Season Pass, we'll never travel up North just to go to Sesame Place so is it even worth considering.
we are NJ residents, we bought Super Grover one year, but it was valid till December. In the following year, we decided to get the Williamsburg tickets for 2 years which were a better deal for us.
On another Super Grover thread here, I saw that they are not allowing Florida residents to purchase the SG pass anymore. You may want to look into that. We are in NC, and bought our SG last week.
I guess this is a moot point in light of some other posts, but until March 1, there is a 25% off deal on Sesame Place passes, so Super Grover passes cost $157.49 plus tax. You can't do the 3-month payment plan but it's still a good deal! Once we know for sure we are going to Florida, we will buy them!
I was disappointed that the Busch passes went up to $324 each for a 2-year Platinum, but that comes to $162 a year and gets "locked in" once you buy them. Still haven't ruled that out as we enjoy going to W'burg from time to time.
Super Grover is 157.49. That is a Platinum Pass. Gets you premium aprking at all SW parks including Busch Tampa, Aquatica, and SW Orlando. Also gets you reserved seating at all shows at SW, must show ticket to get the seating. Pay $10 shipping to get the ticket shipped to you via Fed Ex. It will arrive in 2 days. The tickets will be turnstile ready. If you do teh print at home option you will get vouchers to redeem at Sesame Place, which does not work for you. U can use the print out to get in to SW and Busch and Aquatica, etc..... but you have to stand in line at Customer Service to each park to get validated. It is $10 total, not per ticket, for ship charge. You get 10% off food, food to feed animals at SW, discounts on wheelchair rentals, merchandise, etc. We get Sesame Grover Passes yearly and never visit Sesame Place. We use it at SW 5-8 days per year, 5-8 days at Aquatica, and 2 at Busch Tampa. More discussion on this on teh SW thread. Enjoy. Note, Grover go now until Dec 31, 2012. Not a year from purchase, not a year from first use ... good until last day 2012.
