Hi! Could someone give me a quick rundown on the restaurants at Sea World and what's recommended/not recommended? We are going to be eating dinner there at the end of August and I want to make sure we have a good meal :)

I tried to search for this info since I know I've seen it, but I couldn't find it.

TIA!

Our favourites are Voyageurs (for barbecue) and Mango Joes (for quick service.....wraps, sandwiches, burgers, chicken tenders, etc.). We also enjoyed SeaFire Inn (a varied menu of options including fish & chips, turkey bread bowls, chicken fettucini, etc.).

Seaworld's chocolate cake is divine. So, soooo good. And counts as a side on the all-day dining plan.

The only place we have been disappointed in was the Terrace Garden Buffet (pizza/pasta). It wasn't "bad", per se, but neither did it knock our socks off. There are better options for dining in the park, IMHO.

We enjoyed Voyageurs. The brisket and ribs were nicely done. I was surprised at how tasty they were. SeaFire had a sandwich that I loved - International Club. Dh didn't care for the pasta there.

The kids enjoyed Terrace Garden Buffet. It was okay, like a CiCi's pizza, but the white pizza was pretty good. I agree that it is nothing that I would go out of my way to eat.

sharks underwater grill lovely food and great experience, more expensive though but we loved it and the kids loved the huge shark tank

We got the all day dining and ate breakfast both days at SeaFire Inn. We had lunch/dinner at Voyagers, Spice Mill, and the Terrace Buffet. We didn't have a bad meal. We liked the Terrace Buffet's food, although I know others don't like it as much.

We were at SW recently. We ate at Voyagers 2x, SeaFire Inn 2x, and Seaport Pizza. We didn't have a bad meal at any, but we didn't have any really delicious meals either. I liked the pizza at Seaport, but my daughter didn't. The food seemed like your standard theme park food, which, like other theme parks, is nothing to write home about... at least in our opinion. We used the all day dining plan and I would definitely use it again for the convenience. Just grabbing drinks throughout the day, made it so worthwhile in the hot weather.

There are really only two sit down meal places, which would generally be able to reserve, they are Sharks Underwater Grill and the Dine With Shamu. I can't speak to Sharks as we haven't done that one yet (plan to probably for hubby's birthday next year) but we very much enjoyed the food at the Dine With Shamu. All the rest are basically counter service, and we definitely agree with SeaFire and Voyagers bbq as being our 2 faves for counter service. I would also say that the all day dine is great at SeaWorld, as apart from the 2 TS restaurants listed above and the occasional specialty breakfast with Elmo or whatever, everything is included. We love that this means we can have as much as we want and we aren't tied to standard park fare, and agree that the chocolate cake is fabulous. But we do often go through for a "snack" of a bowl of strawberries or some watermelon, for example, which would also count as a side on the plan, and a bottle of water in between meals.
