I am most likely overlooking this on the Sea World website but does anyone have info on the $10 dine deal for May 2016. We do have annual passes. I thought I saw this mentioned in some info mailed to our home but I can't locate it now.

Yes that's it!!! But what does it mean ha! I read through and it says online reservation required. I'm guessing it's just a one meal person for $10

That's the way I was interpreting it, too......one meal per person for $10 each. Entree and drink, though? Or entree, side and drink?

Not sure about the online reservation thing :scratchin .

oooh thanks for that Gina! While not going in May, double food discount in December will be appreciated and hmm, 30 percent off seating for Christmas in October. Wonder if I buy, can use in December. Never seen this before.

By the sounds of it, as long as you buy your reserved seating during the month of October you will receive the discount for your December visit. The Christmas Celebration only runs from late November to New Years, so it just looks like they are giving the early planners a nice little holiday bonus :santa: .

Some of the deals really are excellent!! Unfortunately, nothing of use for us for our April and October visits though. Had they offered a 30% tour discount like they are in other months of the year, I'd have been all over that!!

I wrote Sea World re: the $10 Dine for May - response below:

Thank you for contacting SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment®. We are always happy to hear from our guests!

Pass members have a great lineup of benefits coming their way this year as you noticed! $10 One-Time Dine will be available in the month of May. As early as May 1st, please login to your website to register for the $10 that you will need to print and redeem at the park. I trust more information will be communicated to our pass members to explain how to proceed for each perk.

Thank you again for contacting us at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment®. We hope to see you soon!

I used the $10 in free dining passes at Bush Gardens in November. I asked at customer service in Seaworld how it worked and they weren't sure, so we learned how it worked together. This is what I learned:
1. You have to log in online to print the coupon
2. I could not log on since Seaworld did not have all of the info on me for me to be able to log in. The guest service person had to enter my email address in their system first, then they directed me to a computer for me to create my online account.
3. After creating my online acct, we found the link to hit in order to print the coupon.
4. I purchased two annual passes at one time but could not print the other person's coupon. The other pass holder had to have their own email linked to their annual pass. I set up an account for them and printed their coupon. If a family of 4 all bought annual passes online at one time, each person needed to set up online access separately using their own email address and password in order to print the coupon for each pass.
5. The paper printout cannot be redeemed at food stations. It had to be scanned into the machines in the front of the park then a paper ticket prints out that became the actual coupon to redeem. The printout is valid for the entire month but once you print the ticket at the front entrance, it has to be used that day.
6. Remember that if you are traveling and don't have a printer, guest services will let you print it using a terminal in their office. Just have your separate online accounts linked to your passes set up before you arrive to save time.

As you can see, it was a long process to learn the details.

That's a lot of steps to do!
And then repeat it all for others in your group/family

Thank you for the info! So, how was the $10 used toward the purchase of food? Could you use it on any meal (except food stations).

I used my $10 off coupon towards the purchase of one $10.99 item and paid the amount over $10. I asked the cashier first to make sure they accepted it. Details are printing on the printout and ticket.

Once my email was registered, I started getting all kinds of offers for Seaworld and Busch Gardens. I just received one for free pretzel bites at Seaworld that is valid for only a few days. My guess is the coupons would work the same way. I'd have to log on to each family member's account and print one coupon at home for each pass, then print the actual coupon at the machines near the park entrance on the day I entered the park.

I received another email last November for a free Christmas ornament from both parks. They gave away the prior year's unsold ornaments to pass holders who received the email. Seaworld gave away a cute glass penguin.
