Ok here's what I found out about the photo movie dvd from the photopass site. It does sound really cool and I'm hoping it's free and not just a discount on it....
The PhotoMovie is a one-of-a-kind vacation keepsake, combining your memories with the magic of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. At DisneyPhotoPass.com you add your own digital photos and your Disney's PhotoPass images. We add the Disney magic with breathtaking video, music and playful Disney characters.

Your PhotoMovie DVD includes the following:
* A customized Top Menu title screen with the title of your choice.
* Your personalized PhotoMovie combining Disney video, characters and music with your favorite photos.
* A bonus slideshow video of all the images in your PhotoMovie, each displayed full-screen for 5 seconds accompanied by Disney music. Please note that the slideshow is a video, not a collection of individual images. The PhotoMovie DVD does not contain individually-viewable image files.
Your PhotoMovie includes up to 7 themed chapters with as many as 112 of your own photos added in. You can place the chapters in any order you like and can repeat chapters as well. Chapter options include:
* Magic Kingdom® Park (up to 16 photos)
* Epcot® (up to 14 photos)
* Disney-MGM Studios (up to 16 photos)
* Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park (up to 15 photos)

Depending on the number of photos you include, the total running time for your DVD will be up to 24 minutes; up to 14 minutes for the PhotoMovie and 10 minutes for the slide show.
In addition to your own digital photos and your Disney’s PhotoPass images, we have many professional Disney photos you can incorporate into your PhotoMovie for no additional charge. These are found under the Disney’s Photo Gallery tab.
The PhotoMovie DVD label is screen printed with Disney artwork and comes in a standard plastic DVD case with Disney artwork.
Note that the photographs in your Disney's PhotoMovie and the bonus slideshow are integrated into video files on the DVD. The DVD does not contain individual image files that can be downloaded to a computer.
