Sea Racer deal on confirmation letter???

I received my confirmation letter in the mail today and wow did I get a lot of stuff I did not know I was getting.

We got a mini golf certificate, a Planet hollywood $15 voucher, the movie disk and some Sea Racer deal.

Does anyone know what the Sea Racer deal is????

According to Disneyworld.com:

Sea Raycers by Sea Rays
Get a certificate valid for 90 minutes of watercraft fun when you buy 60 minutes (one certificate per person, not valid all dates, restrictions apply).

ETA: what I'm interested in knowing about is this "photo movie dvd". All the information I could find on 2007 packages seems to be copied from disneyworld.com and that is only stating a free 5x7 from photopass.

I do not know if this will help but on the pin-email I got it says

"It is where you can combine your vacation photos with Disney video, music and characters into a one of a kind DVD. Visit disneyphotopass.com to learn more."

I wonder if you have to purchase the pictures first to be able to get your free Photomovie.

I believe the Searacer deal is rent for an hour get extra half hour free.

Mini golf must be used before 4pm

I have never redeamed the voucher for Planet Hollywood (ate there once enough for us)


Yes the Disney DVD movie is photopass linked .

We did a split stay so we get 2 of each

So what was the deal for getting the free (?) photo dvd? I looked into it last year but it was 100 for all the pics put on a dvd that were on your photopass for your trip. I think others said they would put your own on it too. We didnt actually have too much on the photo pass and we had over 100 on our own digital camera so we didnt figure there was much of a point....but if it is coming with the packages that would be way too cool.

Ok here's what I found out about the photo movie dvd from the photopass site. It does sound really cool and I'm hoping it's free and not just a discount on it....

Does the golfing, searacer and planet hollywood voucher end the day you check out of your resort. I was going to use my minerature golf on Easter day. Technically I will be checked into BWI, but my day will be ending with my package at POR.

But like the OP, I want to know about the Sea Racers. Is that just the little 2 person boats or can you get the bigger ones as well?

On our confirmation letters it specifically says "Photo Movie DVD"...nothing about a free 5x7.

As far as it being free or not...I don't know. It doesn't say if it's free or if you just get it at a discounted price. But being that they ARE specific about the Sea Raycers offer stated that it's an offer (and not just free), perhaps this means the dvd is free. It seems like they could offer the dvd for free without worries since you can't download or print the pics like you can with their regular photo cd. But who knows...we just have to wait until someone returns from a package stay and clues us in. Or perhaps just call....but we see where calling has gotten us...

I don't know if that helps you at all...I've never been on one or even seen them, and we won't be making use of the offer anyway.

I just pulled out my original confirm (before the code) and there is no mention of the movie. On my new code confirm its there- so maybe its part of the code?

I don't know...there are some people on the budget board who received confirmations about the movie, but they didn't say anything about also applying the code.

For your original confirmation, did you book the package this new year or prior to the new year? I wonder if it's a feature that was recently changed.
