It doesn't matter- we need them to work with some oif the things on the tags to keep the tables from getting messy- they are for working on reading- I am trying to do some different things with my tags to use various products- think of my tags from last year- we don't get the paper so i figured if those of you who are there for a few days picked them up we could use those.

Urg!! Here I sit at school (while my middle schoolers are working on our new Office 2007) and I'm thinking of ALL the things that I need to get done at home tonight!!! Just 3 more days and I'll be leaving right after school on Thursday. I even moved around one of my classes on Thursday afternoon, so I should be able to leave at 2:05pm, instead of 3:15pm.

Hi! I just caught up reading the last several pages - y'all are too funny!

I am planning to bake on Thursday. Our new adoption agency social worker is coming for our first home visit and interview - yes, for some reason I scheduled that the night before I leave for SDV - not one of my most brilliant ideas - LOL! Anyway, I should be baking chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies and have plenty to share with everyone

I think I've packed too much but don't want to second guess myself now. I'll have three different album projects to work on and hopefully will get at least one totally done. In 2007 I brought 12x12 plastic drawers and that worked great for me so I'll be set up with that in my 3' x 30" space I actually taped off that size space on our dining room table so I would be sure it fits and I still have room to work - Hahaha!!

Everyone have safe travels and I'm looking forward to meeting you in person on Friday!!

I need my new tote though so I can see what needs to be shipped and what needs to be carried. Mom brought her stuff over today too so I can at least pack the scrap bag.

New tote delivered! Mine is in the car already, just need to pop my laptop in it when I leave the house.

If anyone sees two women with matching black and white daisy tote bags, that will be Buffy and I!!

Just a FYI. The Kennedy Space Center delayed the shuttle launch from early this morning for those who are going to be in the area. Off to see when it is going off.

We are here too! Paid an outlandish price for a taxi to and back from Bahama Breeze for dinner but it sure was good.

The launch got scrubbed again, a value issue in the aft compartment, no news on a new launch date.

Buffy, I think I need you to stop at my house. I forgot my contact case. Right now I have a contact in each tumbler glass in the bathroom. Right glass is my right contact, left one is the left contact. I called DH, and left a message to see if it is in my bathroom. If it is, he will probably run it out to you.

DH went out to get me duct tape? On his birthday? ahh, what a guy. A big happy birthday to him.

Make sure you give him a nice birthday night.

He is getting duct tape and luggage straps. Do you want me to bring a back up bag? I can get a duffle in my bag or we can spread your stuff out between the mom's and me.

Dh wants to know if you checked the bag. Never ever check your bag!!! (his words, not mine. You got lectured by the travel god)

I am going to try to head to the chiro in the morning if I can get an appointment but I can run by your house after. Will DH be home? I am leaving the house at 1pm but Dad is driving so I doubt he will be willing to make a detour. Just let DH know 1pm!!!

Ok, DH came home with Hot Pink duct tape!! LOL

And 2 luggage straps. I'm packing those right now, well not right now but soon.

No need for a back up bag but thanks. The duct tape and luggage straps will hold it together to get home. Tell the travel god General I said thanks for getting me the supplies!!! I only have my big CM tote on the bottom of the suitcase and the small wire shelves on the top part when it is upright. The upright zipper is still good, it is the bottom part but the tote bag is snug in there. I just want to make sure it is secure coming home.

Don't be surprised if you find a little clear container with a white top on your back stoop tomorrow morning when you get up. Remember DH keeps early hours, his idea of sleeping in on vacation is 6:00 am. He probably could meet you on 6 on the way to the airport.
