SDMT FP+ Chances for 1...

I goofed and modified one of my family's FP+ that only included 2 of us instead of 3. So I now have 1 FP+ for 9:30 a.m. and 2 FP+ for 1:50 p.m.

Keeping it real, what are the chances that a FP+ for 1 person would open up in that time range that we need it for especially during a crowded time of year? Wondering if we should just drop his 1 and our 2, or keep trying?

What you could do is explain at Guest Relations or at the FP touchpoint that you were only able to Modify 2 of the 3 FPs and ask if Guest #3, who still has the 9:30 FP, can be added to the 1:50 FP Window.

I was thinking that too -- I told DH worse case, I'll give him my seat since it was my screw up. Just wasn't sure if it was worth driving myself batty to keep checking every little bit for something that likely won't open up.

I wouldn't drive yourself nuts, but I would keep checking now and then. I've had great success even with same-day FP+ in MK when modifying plans. You can also go to guest services as PP suggested and see what they can do. I think you have a good chance at modifying since it's only one person.

Same day I likely can't do as we'll likely be boarding our flight around 7:00 a.m. and not expected to land until 10:30 a.m. I'll keep trying though. After a week of trying, I was starting to lose hope.
