Just saw Tom Skaggs ( I think that's his name) say he's pleased to announce that it will be fully open May 28. I didn't stick around to hear if he said anything about soft openings. I was hoping it would be open during our trip.

When soft openings happen...what happens with the crowd wanting to get on? Do the let only a handful at a time or do they keep it open for a couple of hours?

I'll be there, it's going to be a nightmare. Looked for FP+ but it's not available yet.

The 28th is our first MK day too on our trip, ugh!! But hopefully we can ride it

Yay!!! It'll be open for our trip June 5 - June 11. Our first day is Epcot, but our 2nd is MK and I even have FP+ for A & E! Crossing my fingers that nothing goes wonky with our FP+ ressies for A & E (actually was able to grab for 2 different days at the beginning and end of our trip) or BOG FP+ (and a dinner ressie too!!) This is looking to be a wonderful trip for my daughter's graduation and my newborn son's first visit. Of course he won't remember it, but SHE will and I will and we'll have some great photos (also getting MM).

We will be there that day too. And it's our first MK day of our trip. I just figure while everyone is at the SDMT or A&E we can ride everything else with shorts waits. I will still be stalking the internet for FP+ openings.

He said FULLY open May 28th. I am betting there will be soft openings. We go in 2 weeks really hoping for soft openings. Otherwise I guess we will wait and go over labor day again.
