Scuba Diving in Tortola & St. Thomas

My DD turned 12 in January so we are finally able to book scuba diving though DCL. Last year, we did the Western Carribean and dove in Cozumel with a dive shop that my husband and I had experience with on previous dive trips. It was DDs first ocean dive so I hired an extra dive master and I had been diving there making it known to me. She was so calm and relaxed that we got in three dives that day. Does anyone have experience diving in Tortola and/or St. Thomas with or without DCL?

a popular alternative to the DCL trip (assuming they still offer one) in St Thomas is to do a shore dive at Coki Beach
