screen/page won't stay in one place

anyone else having problems with the screen just bringing it down to the bottom. I have been trying to click on something and it pops to the bottom. Won't keep typing, because it's annoying lol. Thank you.

Yes I am having the same issue. The page just drops to the bottom and I can't get it to stay. It was fine until a couple of days ago.
