So a couple days ago I posted about being ursula sized and wondering what I can ride...took a pregnancy test on a whim today and it was positive!!! :o Oh my gosh, talk about a game changer!!! I didn't want to tell anyone in my family yet and facebook is out so FEEL SPECIAL DISBOARDERS!!!! And anyone with preggo/ride advise, great!!!

Congrats!!! That is very exciting. The one thing I love about Disney World is that the majority of rides are suitable for the whole family. I would say just the roller coasters, Stitch, Splash, TofT, RnC etc... are the kind of rides you may want to stay away from. Now everyone is different but it is your decision as to what you feel comfortable with.
There is so much to do that I don't think you will miss the more intense rides. Congratulations once again and all the best.

Anything without a height restriction. There are tons of lists if you google. Congrats!!

Thank you guys so much!! We're very excited! We have a 7 year old and have tried for two years for this one. Finally last month I told hubby I needed a break, no more clomid, no charting, no ovulation tests until after Disney and BAM that's the month it happens! God is good all the time and all the time God is good :yay:

Congrats!!! How many weeks will you be when you go? I went last Aug at about 11 weeks and it was nice. I actually got to enjoy the sights more. I noticed things I had never before because my daughter wanted to ride roller coasters a lot. . Enjoy yourself. I also avoided the tea cups since I had terrible nausea from about week 2 and got worse with motion. But thankfully my morning sickness (actually all day sickness) was gone for most of the trip- returned the last night and stayed for a few more weeks after but baby let me enjoy Disney. . Really enjoy yourself and don't push it. If your tired rest and drink lots. Congrats again.

It is, but it can be really bumpy and shaky, esp if you sit towards the back of the jeep. I'd ask your OB about it.

I can't stress this enough! I'm not pregnant, but find it 'very' rough, and we've tried front and other seats as well. They really didn't 'have' to make it that bad!! :sad2:

I've been to WDW twice while pregnant. The first time I was 7 months, the second time I was 13 weeks. I did ride Safari both times and was fine BUT I am not recommending it to anyone. I think you should get the okay from a doctor before getting on it. (I actually did speak with my doctor first and got the okay with the early pregnancy for that and a couple other rides that I opted not to get on.) It is a like an off road jeep ride so when you speak to your doctor (if you choose to) use that as a descriptor. That is the only ride I went on that was "not recommended". And, CONGRATULATIONS!! :)

I see that Kilimanjaro Safari is on the don't ride list but isn't that basically like a jeep ride?

I asked my OB and she gave me the all-clear. I was 27 weeks when I rode. None of the cast members at KS even looked twice when I got in line, even though I was very visibly pg. I skipped all of the coasters and other non-recommended rides. I rode Soarin' quite a bit that trip. But definitely ask your OB
