Hi, My family/son has been granted a wish by M.A.W. (Make A Wish) to sail the Disney Wonder in about 4 weeks. I would like to do something special for him like a scrapbook. Just wanted to know if the Cruiseline sells stuff to get one started (album, stickers....etc). If so, can you tell me how much? ALso, what does it take to get this new hobby started?

Thanks for your help!help! :flower: :: :sunny: :flower: :sunny: :flower: :sunny:

they sell a 12 x 12 top loading scrapbook album with a few page kits inside (stickers, mounting paper, paper piecing, etc..) for $28.00 on board. good luck!

I just finished making a "Make a Wish" album for a girl in our town. Did you realize that a scrapbook is one of the things that make a wish does for you? I personally used Creative Memories stuff. Her wish was different, but I bought all the stuff to do my cruise coming up in July. They have a 7x7 album in red with a Mickey Head. It is being discountiued soon. I got lots and lots of Dinsey & cruise stickers too. The patterned paper is go and they even make a kit and give you page ideas if you want to do it yourself. If you want to PM me I could help you out too. I know there is a scrapbooking board you can look at to get ideas. I would guess you could be spending as little as $30 but could spend way more than that too. I bet I spent $100 on her wish book but that is because I am an avid scraper and had all the stuff.

Have a very wonderful time and take lots of pictures!!

I Love scrapping and the DCL Scrapbook kit they sell on board is nice for the price. It has a nice Scrapbook, stickers, paper, etc. and then after the cruise you can find even more general Disney scrapbooking items at MJ stores and Joan Anns, Hobby lobby to add to it if you wish. But do take a look at it when you get on board I think that would be great for your family and buy some of the post cards from the ship, and islands to add to the scrapbook.
Have a Magical time :wizard:

A veteran Disney cruiser and avid scrapper advised me that if I wanted the DCL scrapbooking supplies on board to buy early. Sometimes they sell out. I also just picked up a couple pages of stickers at Michaels.

Thanks to all who replied. I think that i should probably start picking up odds and ends now since we leave in May. Thanks again! ::MinnieMo

I was in Hobby Lobby this weekend and saw some really cute/pretty disney scrapbooks in 12x12 and what looked like 8x8 or 8.5x8.5 sizes. Tink, Pooh, Mickey, etc. I didn't see the price though since I wasn't actually looking for the scrapbooks but for stickers and diecuts.
