So i just got all my pic for the scrapbooks and my DH says "you are going to do an album for each DD, right!" I never thought to do 2, but now i am wondering, Do you do an album for each child for Disney? They each have their own standard albums, but DH feels i should do a complete separate album for each? I wish i was more up on the Digital then it would be a breeze! But, both DD had different experiences and did many separate things, so there books would be different. Suggestions?

Maybe I'm insane, but I keep an album for each of my kids and one for the family (ok, it's for me). I break the album for the kids down by their birthay. I should be working on my DS's book from his 6th birthday until today and DD's book from her third. (I'm a little behind). I will put into these albums many pages from our recent trip. Each is different as well. I will also put the trip in the family album and I made an ABC book for the trip. Maybe it is too much, but I did take a lot of pictures. :crazy2:

Yes, I do separate trip albums for each child. But it is very time consuming. I initially was making each album totally different too, but in the interest of streamlining I have started to make most pages very similar (but not identical). If I have the same photos for each child, I do the same layout but on different colors. But if the photos are only of one child, then I only do a layout for that child.

I have been playing with the idea of one original album and one color copy album for the next trip I will be working on. But I haven't been happy with the colors when I have made color copies of "real" (not digital) pages lately. And our trip albums are done in 12 x 12 format and the prices I have gotten for 12 x 12 color copies are OUTRAGEOUS! So for now I guess I will be sticking with making two originals! Good luck...................P

I also do separate "life" albums for each child.

Yep, everyone gets their own album here...and I've got four to do! I suggest similar pages with a combination of group and individual shots. Have fun!

I only made one trip album, but I did make pages in each of my kids albums from the trip. The pages are similar - it saves money on material and time - but not the same. I picked out pictures that I thought would be significant to each child.

I think I have about 10 pages (5 two page layouts) in each childs book. The trip album on the other hand is about 45-50 pages for a 7 day trip :lmao:

I made a family album of our trip and I've got the 7x7 CM Disney album to do one of each of the boys but I haven't done them yet.
