Does Anyone Know Of Scrapbook Stores In The Philadelphia, New Jersey Area, Other Than Ac Moore And Michaels, Recently Have Been To Stores In The West Coast Area And They Are Awsome For Supplies

I'm north & west of the city and we have a bunch of JoAnns store around here. They have a nice selection in their larger stores - not sure if they're actually Super JoAnns or not though. :confused3 I had a friend who lived in Jersey - out near Mount Laurel - but I never heard her talk about anything other than AC Moore. She lives in RI now & frequents a LSS there.

I'm not sure how far out of the city you're looking to travel, but the only 2 LSS I know of right now are along Rt. 309: one is in Hatfield & the other in Quakertown. There used to be a great one in Norristown but it recently closed.

Scrapbook station in Voorhees NJ. It is about 15 minutes from the WW bridge, exit 31? off of 295N, then about 2 miles.

scrapbookstation-nj ---this is the web address just add the usual dot ending

I love this store. They have a great selection, friendly workers, they constantly get in new products. I very highly recommend them.

There is also the Busybee in Cherry Hill NJ, also very nice people with a good selection of items. It about 2 miles from exit 32 295 N but in the opposite direction. PM me if you would like me to track down their phone numbers.

There is also the Happy Scrapper in Moorestown. Not too far from Betsy Ross Bridge. She usually hosts 14 hour crops.

many thanks to those who responded, both of those stores in n.j are close to my home. i will check them out in a few weeks.

Hey Piratesmate - where north and west of the city? Since this is the philly/jersey contingent of the swaps.....just wondering - can't remember.

I second on scrapbook station - was just there again!

There is also a small scrapbook store at the Amish Market in Williamstown - she has a few different items there and some classes - I just got a great camping kit with a ton of stuff in it for 5 bucks!

I've heard good things about the Flower and Craft Warehouse in Blue Ball, PA. I haven't been yet, but others I've talked to say it's a great place.

The Philly area and especially Delaware County area is the pits when it comes to scrap book stores! We use to have a great one in Avondale PA, wasn't in Delaware county but so worth the drive.....
Now if I want to go to a store I have to drive to Blue bell PA to the Flower warehouse. IT is excellent! But takes about an hour. The one Deb mentioned in Quakertown is very nice but horrible drive for me....
We had one store in Aston PA but she closed about a year ago.....Very sad...

This one is good. It has a whole room devoted to paper and such. About 4 or 5 rows of paper and about twice that in stickers and embellishments. Not right around the corner though. There also is one in Gilbertsville, Inspired Treasures. Not bad. Other than that, there is NOTHING. So sad. Don't they know I want to spend my money??:rotfl:

Remember, though, the Creating Keepsakes Convention is coming at the end of this month in Valley Forge and they have a vendor faire! :)

I'm about halfway between Allentown & Philly. I'm 5 miles from the Lansdale Interchange on the NE Ext of the PA Turnpike.

I didn't realize there were so many of us in a close area. Voorhees.... I'll be delivering there. Next time I have to go on hospital visit maybe a detour is needed LOL
