I just read on another thread that Disney has a scrapbook store?? Well of course, why not. I figured they had scrapbook stuff but never dreamed it would be a whole store.

Not sure how to tackle that one. I found Disney stickers at Hobby Lobby and I've been waiting for them to go on sale for half price so I can buy some. I'm not going to WDW til Aug so I have a while before I need them anyhow.

What will I ever do with a whole store to buy from? LOL

The store is in Downtown Disney (formerly the book/stationary store). It sells lots of kits and accessories.

Be sure to check out the forum on scrapbooking!

Not sure about the scrapbook store. It might be downtown. But i saw a TON of awesome scrapbook stuff at the photo shop in Epcot.

Don't get too excited about the Disney scrapbook store at DD. You will find more and more interesting stuff at you local scrapbook store. Disney has missed the boat in the scrapping department. The DIS has a scrapping board. We have had many discussions on this topic. Come on over and check it out.

The scrapbook store is okay in my opinion. Yeah, there are some nice stickers that you can't find and some cutout sets not available in the stores, but I either have the other stuff or saw it and did not want it. Really, the local craft stores have a better selection of stickers and other supplies for a lot less $

I agree about the store. Most of the stuff you can find at your resort or the shops in all the parks.

There is more Disney stuff on the web than what you can find in WDW.

There are some nice items but not worth a special trip to the store.

I was excited about this one too. :( But, scapstop.com has a HUGE amount of disney stuff that you should check out... especially if disney is a let-down.

i made my kids some beautiful scrapbooks of Disney and didn't buy one thing extra for it (besides the photos). I saved extra maps, brochures, ticket vouchers, receipts, etc. I cut out information about each park to add on the appropriate page. Also I get the Disney store catalog and cut out alot of pictures from that. My youngest has pieces of ribbon that she caught during the Cinderella Celebration and a picture of all her pressed pennies.

Don't expect too much... it's hardly a store, if you ask me. I was all pumped about it, being a freak scapper myself, and left buying nothing but a pair of Mickey scissors. You can find more, at MUCH better prices, at your local store.

Of course everything is worth a stop, I just wasn't impressed. It took me all of 5 minutes to check it out.

Yes, it's at Downtown Disney, connected to another store =)

DW is a dedicated scrapper, and she would concur with the others who say that Disney has kind of missed the boat on the scrapbook phenom. She was not impressed with the DTD store.

Help me! Help me! I can't find the scrapbooking board. Can someone help me find it.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page, where it says Jump to a Forum. There is a drop down menu. The scrapbook board is very close to the last board on the list. It says Cooking/Crafting/Scrapping
See you there.
