I have been looking at the scrapbook pages of other people on this board & scrapbooking magazines. They are all so great! But one question I have is when a page has certain embellishments, pockets with removable tags with journaling on it, pockets with removeable memorabilia, etc.(things in general that are to be moved & looked at by the person looking at the book), or things that you would prefer not being inside of page protectors, do you put these pages into page protectors or leave as is? Do some scrapbooks have pages that are inside these protectors & some that aren't & would that look right? Hope this question isn't stupid but I really haven't seen this addressed before!!
Thanks for any replies!:D

Some, the ones who are really cleaver, not me! LOl make a slit in the page protector and then will make a pocket or envelope to hold the item so it can be removed with out touching the pages. I met this one lady who was wonderful with this! She had a program and cut a slit and one half was out of the protector and the other was behind it. So you could flip the program!
At this point I haven't tried any of this!

in my daughters album. It was in the center of the two page layout (CM album) and I just cut the page protectors so that the Christmas tree was outside of it when it closed. That way everything else is protected, and the tree is actually protected since it is the only thing out and now has a separate page protector on each side. Well it is protected from other harmful things, not if something was spilled on it. LOL!!!!
