Day 4
Feb 16th

Headed up to IOA and US without DD & DM as they were going to church.
Got to IOA at opening and stayed until 1pm ish having done the bits we wanted to. Boys were too small for big coasters but we went on Spiderman for the 1st time and it broke down half way which terrified the boys and they didn’t want to go on it again, we talked them in to it though and they were glad they had done it.
Headed over to US to do MIB and some other bits ( we pick and choose these days as we’ve done the parks before). Headed back to Vistana and went out to eat at Bahama Breeze – very good meal as usual.

You may notice the lack of evening activities, this is due to my childrens need for 12 hours sleep every night. If they don’t get it, all of our lives are a nightmare as they are so grumpy. So we take it in turns to stay in with them.
Oh by the way, Mum and Dad went to church in Celebration where they were invited back to someones house for lunch, they said it was a lovely looking area.

Day 5
Feb 17th

This day was to have been a surprise for DH, He turns 40 this year and has always loved Dolphins so I had booked him on the Dolphins in Depth tour at EPCOT. Unfortunately for one reason or another I had to tell him before hand. I drove ( note I drove) him to Epcot, dropped him off and went to Downtown Disney with the rest, spent a few hours there and picked him up again. Thank goodness he had thoroughly enjoyed it, but didn’t get the video, got a photo instead. Apparently they were finding it a nightmare doing the different formats so had stopped doing them altogether.
In the afternoon we went to Florida Mall and spent a fortune. Dinner at Sizzler – not as good as we remembered it.

Day 6
Feb 18th

At MGM for park opening. Another gorgeous day. It was a bit annoying however that although the park opened at 9 many of the attractions didn’t open until 10, the characters didn’t come out until then either. However we had a great time, doing most of what we wanted until 2 ish, went back for a bite to eat and a swim and in to MK for the 7 pm spectromagic which was superb. We got to go in the front of the monorail and got co pilots licences. We stayed for the fireworks and were right under Tinkerbell. Too close to the castle for a good view of the fireworks however but the boys enjoyed seeing Tink.

Great that your M & D got invited back for tea :D

Glad your DH enjoyed the Dolphins in Depth at EPCOT. Was that your first time driving ?

:teeth: ...... duly noted :teeth: (You are braver than me!)

All sounds very enjoyable - you all seem quite laid back :) ! (Not squashing too much into one day!)

Being upfront on the monorail is really worth doing! I particularly enjoy entering the Contemporary Tower but of course the best part is arriving at the Magic Kingdom :)

Thanks for the wonderful report - luv reading them!!!!
