I need to use a scotter when I come down June 26. Will I have a problem getting one at MK or should I rent one before I go into park?

to the Dis!

If you are only going for 1 day and will be arriving early you should be fine renting a scooter at the park.

If you are going for more than 1 day you might consider renting offsite as it will be less expensive.

you should rent one outside of disney because it will be cheaper just returned from there and one women said her scooter from the park was 70.00 dollars a day i rented from apple scooter .

The Disney rental fee for an ECV is $50 per day with a $20 refundable key deposit. Maybe she did not return the key and therefore did not get her deposit back.
