So it seems that after Scott's fishing expedition, he came home and IMMEDIATELY threw his dirty clothes into the washing machine.

What a guy.

I guess that makes him REALLY guilty or REALLY awesome. ;)

What's going on in the trial? Last I heard family members were testifying how he didn't want to be a father....

Lol...my Father did about 95% of the laundry at our house. I guess it wouldn't have struck me as unusual at all if he/we came home with diry clothes for him to throw them right into the wash.

I think Scott Peterson & OJ will be assigned to the same place once they leave this earth.

Oh, don't get me started on this topic.

This is the part that really gets me:

Your wife is 8 months pregnant, you leave on Christmas Eve morning to go fishing and your pregant wife is mopping the floor (according to SP' story) and after she mops the floor, she's going to walk the dog (SP' story - even though her doctor told her two months before to stop walking because she was getting sick) and then bake for the holidays.

You come home after fishing all day, the house is dark, your wife' car is in the driveway, your wife' purse and keys are in the bedroom, the back door is "supposedly" unlocked, you DON'T smell any baking and you just eat pizza, take a shower and wash your clothes BEFORE thinking "ummmmm... where is my wife" then when you finally think "ummmmmmm... where is my wife" you call her parents and ask if she is there and use the word "missing" and you don't even think for one minute "ummmmmmm... she is 8 months pregnant, maybe she went into labor and is at a hospital?"

GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and this is just my opinion.

::yes:: well put, and I have the same opinion!

But the ideal husband always says hello to his wife first and then throws his dirty clothes in the laundry.

That man is disgusting..and completely guilty.

The whole "missing" thing bugs me too. When I come home and DH isn't here, I don't immediately assume he is "MISSING". If I really need to know where he is, I might call his brother or something and see if he's there - but normally, it wouldn't ever occur to me that he was MISSING.

This guy is not only a cad, he's a stupid cad.

I just hope and pray that the jurors have enough common sense to figured this out also.

(sssssssshhhhhhhhh......when I'm not on the Dis, I'm on the CTV message boards - I'm addicted to this case for some strange reason)

Justice for Laci and Conner!!!!!!!!:rose:

Well said. ;)

exactly what I was thinking. How can he assume she's "missing" if he hadn't even called her family members or friends to see if she's with them.

I hope they can convict him too. I'm so afraid that Mark Geragos is going to raise a wee bit of doubt in one of those juror's minds. I'm really hoping that doesn't happen, but I'm afraid this trial is going to turn out like OJ's. There is a lot of circumstantial evidence, let's just hope it's enough!

I fail to see how anyone could acquit him due to circumstantial evidence. There's enough circumstantial evidence in this case to convict 10 murderers.;)

My thoughts exactly, AMEN!!!!!!!!

I never really thought about that before. You make a good point. I know if my DH walked in the door when I was 8 months pregnant and my keys and purse were still there, he would have called my family and asked if I was at the hospital.

I never caught if both Laci and Scott had cell phones. If she did, couldn't he have tried calling it?
