Fox news is confirming it now... he was arrested in San Diego.

Man, I hate to hear this I mean, I am glad that they have sufficient evidence against him for an arrest, but I hate to hear of a husband killing his wife. This happened to my dear cousin in 1999 My most wonderful cousin Natalie and her husband had a baby in May of that year, in September she went missing, and in October he was arrested for murder! HIs trial was in June of 2000, Thank God he was found guilty of all charges, he was sentenced in September of 2000. Life in prison no possibility of parole. He also dismembered my cousin's body, as it appears this corpse was, in hopes that she would not be identified, I am sure. But we figure he grossed out, because he didn't get very far. To this day, he swears he is innocent, and that he will get his justice?? I will never understand how a man can kill someone he loved at one point in his life????It is soooo beyond me. I just don't get it, and I hate when I hear news of yet another spousal murder. To me, it and killing y our own children is the worst kind of murder, because the victim trusted the killer! After all was said and done in my cousins case, she was really murdered for nothing. He had taken a $250,000 ins policy out on her, and was having numerous affairs (even with his pastors wife! ) . We can only speculate, but we think she finally had enough and was going to leave...................I just don't get it

The whole thing just does not make sense to me.

I told my husband if he needs more money, get another job. Don't kill me or the kids.

It never ceases to amaze me what some people will do for money!

He has NOT been arrested according to MSNBC but they have issued a warrant for his arrest, that means something! I hope they get him soon!

I'm so sorry for your cousin, dzneprincess.

But I'm afraid I DO understand.

It is among the most common of homicides. Your words about how can you do this to someone you once loved, well, love and hate are very similar emotions. You don't kill someone you just just don't like or are indifferent about.

As sad as it is, it happens everyday. This is why the closest person is checked whenever someone is murdered. Scott Peterson and your cousin's husband will burn for what they did, whether they have deluded themselves to believe that they're not guilty (OJ, Robert Blake???) or not.

I wonder why they finally decided to arrest him. They've allowed him to run free a long time. He was very close to Mexico when they arrested him wasn't he? San Diego?

They should ship him here to Texas--we are big on the death penalty and that seems very appropriate if not for killing his wife then atleast for murdering his own baby--which by the way they were going to name Connor.

It's about time they got him! I just don't understand how someone can kill another person, especially their pregnant wife. I don't get it .
