Scott & Biff return - A September pre tr

Jumping in! Just finished the podcast (at least I hope I did--Scott from NY, at POR, with 3 younger cousins?). Hope all went well with the surgery--no matter how minor, it's still always a bit nerve-wracking.

We'll be down there the same time you guys are--hope to run into you somewhere, sometime!

well I woke up and my body is screaming at me for the torture I put it through.
every muscle in my arms and legs ache. Hopefully it will go away once I get out and walk around today.
Today is Biff's surgery so I gotta get him around 4. what a fun day I have.

Oh no!!! The soreness strikes!! Just remember with every pain you have everytime you move that your workout is actually "working".

thank you - it's nice to know someone acknowledges it IS running all over the place! I just took the dog for a nice long walk - maybe I can fit that in a few times a week before Disney!

taking the dog out for long walks should help alot.

well here is.

he is really tired and going to sleep after BB9. he has pain in his eye. the bandages come off tomorrow then the patch comes.

he said the operation was fine. he was awake for it and they put paper over his eye and all he saw was white then.

so that is the update for now. he has pain but is fine and tired.
