I'm thinking of doing that podcast if he will still have me. Sounds like fun! I wasn't sure about it at first. But yours and Tonya's make it sound like a blast to do.

I'm going to get my butt on the treadmill tomorrow too. I have been meaning to start but haven't. I don't want to get all winded at WDW. So, since you are starting a trainer tomorrow I could at least get on the treadmill and start walking. :confused3

nope seperate times. 1/2 hour each. then I had my regular dogs today.

I am fat remember that so I am out of shape. :sad2:

I start with my trainer tomorrow so if u hear screaming it will be. U can hear it all around the world.

I still need it so that I'm not out of breath walking across the park. As for weight loss, I gained 75 lbs when I was pregnant. You're only supposed to gain 20-30. I had a lot to lose after DS was born but I did it!! And you can too. Once you get it going it feels good and you want to keep it up. The hard part is starting. ;)

surpisingly I never lost my breath while I was there.
I did it 8 years ago, i lost 68 lbs then. then I quit smoking. it all came back. :mad:
 
To answer your earlier question, no, no more Tylenol PM...I've been taking Unisom, we'll see if it's any different! :rotfl2:

Well I have reached my goal for the Aids Walk. Thank you all who have donated and if anyone wishes to donate u still can. :) look in siggie.

Scott, I'm going to join 24 hour fitness next month. I'm meeting with a trainer this week too. I only need to lose about 10 lbs, but want to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle......
