Was there a Scotland booth at the F&W festival last year? Is it not there this year? Or is the item I'm thinking of elsewhere. I had a beef stew last year with a turnip puree. It was at a booth near Ireland's booth, between the UK pavilion and Canada. Does anyone know the item I'm talking about, and if it's back or not this year?

You are not crazy. They had a salmon and dill dish that was pretty good. They are missing, along with a Poland booth.

There were several 'missing' booths this year....Scotland, South Korea, Poland, Haiti (though there is a Caribbean), the Florida booth is missing too, I think. It was noticeable that the WS had fewer booths. However, there were newer booths down by the Land.

A few will change every year...some get taken away and some added. I don't recall an India booth the past 5 years but it's there this year and doesn't say 'new' by it.

India was there last year as well. I'm so glad I went last year because the Scotland Booth was my favorite. The Crispy Chicken with Red eye Gravy and the Cider Flight from Farm Fresh was also some of my favorites from last year I don't thing the chicken is there this year and the Cider flight is elsewhere..

Yeaaah, we miss the Korea booth. And were shocked that Poland isn't there. We only will have 1 day there this year and just went through all the booths trying to narrow down....too hard. We have 15 we want to stop at. I'll have to keep reading reports and see if I can cross a few more off...LOL.

Thanks all! I've already been missing Poland-they weren't there last year. I liked their pierogis-although they're about the same as Mrs. Paul's quality, I like them. Where I live, the only ethnic food we have is Mexican-lots and lots of Mexican food. Now I guess I'll miss Scotland also.

Glad we ate at Scotland last year. Surprised they aren't back this year.
Over the last few years, we have increased from 2-3 days for F&W. At that, we still can't try all the places and things we want to.
