Scoring in the HM Game

Does anybody else think thta the scoring and the amount of credits you receive is a little strange in VMK?
How does it work?
Our team got 90 ghosts just a minute ago, and we only got 220 credits?!
And remember it is double credits day too....
How exactly do they score it?!
I'm confused...

I'm pretty sure it's for the ghosts YOU catch... which means you caught 22, I believe.

Thanks to Bug, I understand it now (I had the same question last week) Apparently you only get credits for the actual ghosts you get. In other words, when you catch a player of another team even though it is showing in your score as 2 instead of 1 point, at the end of the game you are only getting credits fro the actual number of ghosts you got-did I get that right Bug?

I just won a game and the only message I got was the 40 points for a win. Where are my ghost credits? I hope they show up later!

PS Tried again, did not get my credits AGAIN. ARG!

No - You got 22 ghosts and instead of the usual 5 credits per ghost, the credits were doubled to 10 per ghost.

You usually get 5 credits per ghost, but since it is double credit day you got 10 credits per ghost. Which means that you caught 22 ghosts and it doubled the payout.

The thing that is confusing people and always has, is that if you "clean" your opponents when they are ghosts - it counts as two ghost points, but you get no credits for them. So if the game says you caught 20 ghosts, but you cleaned someone twice, then you actually only get credits for 16 ghosts, which today would be 160 credits.
