Scooterbug?

I've only rented from Gold, half dozen times. Very happy. Some posters aren't being fair. Scooterbug currently has an A+ BBB Rating, both the Orlando and CA offices. My understanding is being accredited requires paying a fee. Scooterbugs customer is Disney more then the renters. I've rented from Gold at Disney hotels and at PBH. Universal hotels and S/D allow drop offs to the hotel. Pick up from the valet or bell services is more convenient then meeting a Gold rep.

That's funny because Scooterbug had an F- just a couple of months ago, so I have no clue what they did to fix their rating, but it makes me question the BBB ratings. Especially if you read the reviews on BBB:

They have 1 out of 4 stars, so again, how are they getting an A+ rating?

So, I went to check out the yelp ratings:

They overall are very mixed with 3 stars total vs 5 stars everywhere for Gold Mobility, which is accredited with BBB and has no complaints.

So, no not really being too hard on Scooterbug, they can do better and Gold Mobility proves it.

Reviews have nothing to do with BBB ratings. A few complainers or shills can effect ratings.

Scooterbug isn't accredited by the Better Business Bureau. That to me is a huge red flag.

Closing as this has become an argument about information on a website not controlled by DISboards.

People have strong opinions of their favorite vendor. That's great. When asked, feel free to share your experience and opinion. Nobody needs to "review" a vendor they haven't actually used, that isn't helpful when folks are looking for feedback.
