I plan to rent a scooter during our upcoming 10 day trip. While I have used a scooter before, I do no use one at home. I will probably rent from Apple and have been looking at the models available. I am not sure which model to go with. I like the bigger model, but it looks as if it might be a bit heavy to get in and out of the back of the mini-van we are renting and maybe not as easy to assemble and disassemble.
The go go lite looks like it would work, but I will walk some and ride some (have a herniated disk problem) and will need someone else to ride in the scooter for me at times, and I have some big guys in my group and was a bit worried about the weight limit--275, I think. It didn't look like it had a headlight on it either. That may not be an issue since parks aren't open late this time of year, but we will be doing a MNSSHP one night.
Any advantages to the 4 wheeler over the 3 wheeler models.
Anyone care to make recommendations and suggestions or observations about either of the scooters.
