Scooter recommendations

We have a trip booked for December. We have been renting a scooter for our trips since 2005 with the last time we rented one in 2015. We've always rented from Apple, and for the most part (except twice when the battery was not working in AK and had to wait for a new battery delivery at Guest Relations) we have had not problems with Apple. Since it's been 2 years since we have used them, I wanted to hear from anyone with recent experiences with them, or recommendations for other vendors. We always used Apple since the price was right, and it included insurance.

Never tried Apple. Always used Walker Mobility. I think Walkers had insurance included but you need to verify with them.
