Scooter issue

Has anyone run into a situation where Disney ran out of scooters for rent Morning or midday? How many do the parks have?

I would prefer renting from Disney but would hate to have this happen.

I did not see anthing on the disability board.

Leaving next week. PLEASE HELP!

The only time I would forsee this happening is POSSIBLY during the highest crowd days like July4, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Days where you're looking at possible gate closures due to capacity.

I have seen this as well (maybe on easywdw.com) I would arrive at the park no later than 10-1030am to increase your odds of getting a scooter if a peak time like spring break (now).

Also if at Epcot keep in mind both entrances has scooters so if the main is out check the IG entrance.

Just wanted to add that, in addition t o the risk of them being sold out, I don't think you can keep the same one from one park to another - so if you're park hopping that can be a problem, as the second park may be out of them by the time you get there.
On top of that, there are a few very reputable offsite places and they are much more reasonably priced.

You're going shortly before Easter- rent one from offsite. You won't regret it

My mom who needs an ECV always rents offsite. It is much cheaper. Depending on where you stay, it can be quite a walk between places at your resort.

Rent from Apple. great prices and service. Disney DOES run out--often.
