Scooter in the room of ASMU?

We have now officially rented a scooter for MIL while in DW. We have a full size car rental so that is taken care of. Now quick question on the room. Staying at the ASMU can you get the ECV into the standard rooms or will we have to request a disabled room? Thanks!

The ECV will fit in the room just fine.

It may be necessary to move the table, but it will easily fit betweeen the window and the bed (with space to spare). You may wish to bring a six foot extension court rated for at least 10 amps, or a power strip with at least a six foot cord, so that if necessary you will have easy access to an outlet for recharing the ECV.

I agree, and there will actually be more space in a non-accessible room at ASMU for an ECV. Have a great trip and I'm glad your MIL will be able to get around more easily!---Kathy
