So I have injured myself and we leave tomorrow. I can stand in lines fine but won't be able to walk the parks all day. How much are the scooters and where can u rent one?

On our last trip my DIL ended up with a foot issue and couldn't walk the second morning. I expected something might happen so I had researched scooters before the trip.
Apple Scooter's of Anaheim is the one I could remember. Using Wi-Fi at DTD Starbucks I called them at 9:30 am and they had one delivered to the hotel by 11:45am. Thursday 11:45 to 3pm Saturday was about $90.
Look them up and see what they can do for you.
I was really pleased with the cost and prompt service.

edit note...
Rent from an outside source allows you to use the scooter to and from the parks. If you rent at the parks from Disney, you can't take them past security check point.

I just need a little help in the parks. We are using the toy story parking lot and that takes us close to the gates. So was inquiring about the scooter rentals in the parks...wait, do they even have those?

In park rental is$50 plus a $20 deposit. You get the $20 back when you turn in the scooter. You cannot take it out of the park/esplanade. Make sure you get there early to get one. They do sell out.

Get one from an outside source like Apple, much better deal and you can use it the whole time. They will deliver it to you.

That's what I wanted to do but we are 10 miles from the park and using toy story parking lot...not sure i want to load and unload the scooter...or if the tram will take it ?!?!

Do a Bing or Google search for scooters in Anaheim. You'll find there is a location right on Harbor according to the search I did.
Good luck.

Some of them are lighter and come apart. You could call the Apple Scooter store and ask what they suggest. They may have a solution for you. I hurt my knee a couple of years ago, and despite all my exercising and PT, it still doesn't tolerate walking around Disneyland. Renting a scooter has made it possible for me to still go and not be in misery. I bet the rental places have dealt with this before. We did one trip where we did Legoland, Sea world and San Diego Zoo before Disney, and I rented one in San Diego that came apart and my husband loaded it and out of the car each day. I didn't need it once we got back to the hotel, so we just kept it in the car and brought the battery in to charge it at night.

Just get the one at the park. The walk is very short from the Toy Story shuttle to the rental station. PP is right, it's $50 per day plus a $20 refundable deposit.
